I think more info is needed.
What is a .CMD file?
What are its contents?
How is the job scheduled?
Is it scheduled to execute that same .CMD file?
Have you tried creating a .bat file with the FastLoad invocation in it?

This is a windows environment, a .cmd file is a group of dos command, in a file, a batch file if you like. The contents are the command line you type in at the DOS prompt. the job is scheduled using the windows task scheduler. Yes, it execute the exact same file.
the .CMD file is a .BAT file.

Hi ,
we have a faslload process, that runs fine when we double click a .CMD file in explorer, however, when we try to schedule the same job using the task schedule, fastload aborts with an error before even the logon command is procesed.
The fast load verion is 12.00.00.004, this is running on windows server 2003,
Has anyone seen this behaviour before ?
