Hi Folks,
Could someone point me in the right direction please. Need to understand how we can deploy multi-step email campaigns using TCRM v5.216.
Is there any documentation the provides a walkthrough?
Has anyone done this successfully with v5.2 or earlier. If not, what kind of problems have you run into.
Would greatly appreciate some assistance in this area.

Does anyone have experience of creating a TRM Multi-Step campaign trying to reference custom tables (like EX_RESPONSE) so extract format content can be dynamically allocated according to the response received? We're having problems joining to this table.
Any suggestions or documentation appreciated.
