Teradata Version Upgrade to V2R12

Hi All,

We are currently on V2R6.2 , 64 bit SUSE and plan to upgrade to V2R12
Please share your experience with upgrade to V2R12 like how much time it took and what all precautions were taken
or send me any link which may be of help.
