I am new to Teradata, I have completed my Teradata basic certification, which has more Terdata architecture. I am experienced professional in Oracle PL/SQL and Unix. As oracle PL/SQL used to create oracle stored objects (stored procedure, Packages, Functions, cursors etc). Do we have the same DB objects in teradata? Please suggest me below point.
Teradata Syntax guide (SP , stored functions, packages) ---> same as we have in oracle. Teradata Dictionary Guide: As we have in oracle, user_ views for user DBA_ for dba. Teradata User interface tools: SQLPLUS (in Oracle).
If any one from oracle background, kindly explain me the difference in Oracle and Teradata development.
If any one know the location or having the documentation for the same, Please share link with me.
