Lets say thers a update happening to a billion + row table and all of a sudden because i see that wrong column has been updated i abort the he session and i see from schmon -m that rollback is taking place in $R$ priority. This may be likely to take more time.
So in these cirucumsatnaces how can i abort rollback from happening since i knew that at this time there are few imp worlloads coming in and ensure that thers no rollback activity during that time.
by the way can we reduce the ROLLBACK runiing in rush priority to Low priority?
