I have a date column called reporting period date and I only want to pull data from this table where reporting period date = Q1, Q2, etc...
How would I format my reporting period date so that it represents a Quarter?

I'm trying to create a cursor with the following statement but not sure from where to start. Please help!

This field Resid_Mat is rounding to to 2 decimal places, thus having an effect on the Num_payment field calculation as per attached sql. Does anyone know how I can remedy this? Any help will be much appreciated.

An example of Resid_Mat by running the sql gives me 2.32 instead of 2.31895961670089.

Well.. I have to convert numeric field to date, than count some upload data and group by table.
Numeric_column like 20121121133549 which is probably like YYYYMMDDHHMMSS
Other columns are acces_point_type and data_uplink.

We are using symentec netbackup for backup. Also we are using the symentic vaulting to vault the backed up data to another data center. This data enter also had a TD server, UAT server.
I am able to do the vaulting. Now i need to restore the table to the UAT DB.
Is there any method/steps to do that.
Please share any document/manual for the same.
