what version of Teradata ODBC you have.

I'm using SQL Asst v.7 and here's the error message
"Teradata ODBC Driver Connect: Unknown Error Occurred in Terasso Library"

This is an error with incompatible terasso.dll library. ODBC Driver and CLIv2 products use this library in common, and you may run into this problem if you have installed these two products from two different TTU releases.
You havent mentioned what version of ODBC Driver you have.

Make sure you have CLIv2 and ODBC Driver both are from same TTU release.

I'm using SQL Assistant and recently had some "systematic updates" pushed to my machine that appear to have affected my teradata configuration. Not sure if one of my config/dll files was deleted/moved but it appears that might be the case. I could probably troubleshoot if i knew what a baseline set of config files should be...
