what version of ODBC Driver you have(i know you mentioned TTU12) ?
what version of CLIv2 you have ?
search for terasso.dll on your hard-drive and let me know all the locations you found it in.
I can't find terasso.dll in hard drive.
Un-install and re-install ODBC Driver for Teradata.
Uninstall and install TTU V12. The problem is fixed. Thanks for your help. I wonder why?
Having the same problem on a Vista box using 8_2. Followed all the advice on the forum multiple times and still get the same message (Unknown error occurredin Terasso library) when setting up the ODBC connection.
Any other suggestions?
- make sure you have
TTU 8.2 ODBC Driver
CLIv2
TeraGSS.
If not, un-install all 3 and re-install TTU8.2 versions.
- if you still have the problem, then follow below steps
- Uninstall ODBC Driver
- delete terasso.dll from windows system folder, usually c:\windows\system32
- Install TTU 8.2 ODBC Driver
Tried all of the above and still no luck. Is this a Vista issue?
The only thing I can think of is that GSS services doesn't uninstall with the Windows uninstaller.
Hi, Since I installed "Teradata Tools and Utilities v12.1 (TTU v12)". I can't use queryman anymore. The error message "Cannot find terasso library", not enough information to log on
Anybody knows how to fix it? Thanks
